I love tuna sandwiches and I have ever since I was a kid. Most sandwiches use celery but if you find yourself lacking celery, apples are an excellent choice. You will need 1 can of tuna, lime juice, 1 apple, mayo, and bread. I prefer multi-grain brands like Arnold and I am very particular to Kraft mayo in comparison to other brands. Plus for some extra spice, I throw Old Bay into my tuna. This blend will give a sense of sweet and salty.
1 can of tuna
1 teaspoon of lime juice
2 tablespoons of mayo
3 apple slices
3 shakes of Old Bay
1. First empty tuna into a bowl and break apart into small pieces. You can use a fork or your hands.
2. Squeeze in lime juice.
3. Cut apples into small pieces and mix into the bowl.
4. Add a few shakes of Old Bay into tuna mixture.
5. Add mayo according to your liking. Mix and put on bread. I like to put lettuce and avocado on my sandwich when I am done, but you can fix yours to your liking.
