Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

I made this as an alternative to getting yogurt with added sugar while also enjoying some fruit and healthy chia seeds as a midday snack. It was incredibly easy to make and is sooooo freaking good!

Ingredients:

  • 1 10 ounce bag of frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbs of honey
  • 2 tbs of chia seeds

Directions: 

Heat up the raspberries in a small pot and mush them together until it is broken down. Once they are broken down, add water and honey to the pot. Put the heat on medium until the pot begins to boil. Once it begins to boil, take off and pour in chia seeds. Let it cool and move to a container. It can be stored for up to a week but that’s only if you haven’t eaten the whole thing.
