P90X3 Month 1

The rest of month was quite fantastic. The 3rd week for some reason was much more difficult than the 2nd, but it was nice to have a recovery week in week 4 even though it wasn’t too much of a recovery as I ran a half marathon at the end of it. It was a great combination of pushups, planks, sphinxs, balance work, cardio and so much more

Month 2 has started off and as I was traveling on Monday I had to do a double workout on Tuesday. Lets just say QUADS. Holy hell do they hurt. And now that I am back to triathlon training it makes my body so sore. Yoga is still one of my favorite workouts and the best way to wind down at the end of a day.


If you want a great workout, P90X3 is the stuff.
