In the past few years, I have developed some stomach issues and food allergies when it comes to eating certain foods including dairy. That and I decided to become a pescatarian 6 years ago due to health reasons, makes eating sometimes rather difficult. As a result, I now do most of my cooking at home because I know what is going into it.  Recently, I started putting together a list of recipes that I know will not bother my stomach and are healthier alternatives compared to buying at the grocery store. That and they are very easy to make, which is how I like it!
